same standard.
different mission.
We're Austin and Sam — married, both Air Force veterans, living in Merrimack with our three kids. Freedom Vending started because we kept seeing the same thing: gyms, offices, and rec centers with either no vending or a neglected machine nobody was taking care of. We figured we could do it better. Turns out we were right.
There was no big launch. No investors, no franchise fee. Just us figuring it out, one location at a time, and treating every partner like their machine actually matters — because to us it does.
As we grow, our standards travel with us. We're not cutting corners to add locations faster. The whole point is that when you sign with Freedom Vending, you get the same level of attention whether you're our fifth location or our fiftieth.
That's not a limitation — it's the point. Every location gets our personal attention. We know the managers, we know the machines, we know what sells on a Tuesday versus a Saturday. That level of care doesn't scale by cutting corners. It scales by setting a standard, building the right team around it, and never letting a location feel like a number.
We met in the Air Force and got into vending — not the most obvious path, but here we are. Austin does a lot of the business development and location work. Sam keeps everything from falling apart (her words, not ours). In reality we both touch everything and that's what makes it work.
